Travis and Tara's Wedding
August 9, 2003

Here's the last page of pictures, I promise!

Our reception was a time for us to chat with our guests, and for our guests to chat with each other. One of our favorite restaurants, Cafe Sevilla, catered the event. Even though the sangria was good, everyone behaved themselves.

Tara's excoworkers (Cheryl & Co) made this minifig bride and groom for us.

The "head" table.
The reception site, just outdoors from the ceremony chapel. There was one more table on the left that didn't make it into the picture. See how cozy it was!

Cady blowing bubbles.
Tara's mom welcoming Travis to the family.

Chris leading the toast.
The oh so romantic first dance. We hadn't picked out any music (we don't have any sentimental songs), and I don't even remember what the song was.

Mikey was a wild dancer.
Cady boogied like a maniac.

Have you ever seen a Travis dance? Neither have I.
Mama and Mikey West Coast Swinging.

Chris and Joanie making the marriage official. Neither Travis nor I had to sign anything that day.
Travis and Tara making their grand entrance.

Happily at the head table.
Joanie made me wear the napkin as a bib, but I drew the line at her hand-feeding me.

Travis seemed happy all afternoon.
The first dance, with bubble accompanyment. The breeze kept changing direction, so the bubble blowers had to keep moving around.

Tara and her favorite Mikey.
Addi caught the bouquet! She had to leap into the air to catch it, but it's good that she did, or it would've taken out the laptop displaying pictures of Travis and Tara growing up at the other end of the patio.

That's all Folks!
