Travis and Tara's New England Adventure
March 22 - 30, 2002

It was time to head back towards Philadelphia Friday morning. Tara had wanted to go through Rhode Island, but Travis's enthusiasm for the closed Dinosaur Museum in Hartford was not to be ignored. So, we found ourselves driving back to Hartford. The museum itself was quite interesting - it was simply fossilized dinosaur prints which were enclosed in a building. Tara learned more about the natural history of that river valley than she ever anticipated knowing. No lunch that wanted to be admitted to was eaten (it may have been a disappointing Dunkin Donuts mid-morning). We returned to Tracey's house, and had a much better supper in Historic Milford, PA. We had big plans to get to Philadelphia the next day and see Tara's East Coast relatives.

Lizards were once allowed in this building, as these tracks attest.
Here's a view looking across the ... er... floor.
