San Francisco & Alcatraz

It was a beautiful day in San Francisco. After having lunch at Dante's (they have a fabulous Nuts 'n' Berries drink with Chambord, Kahlua, Cream, Frangelico, and soemthing else) on Pier 39, we took the ferry to Alcatraz, which is a beautiful garden island.

It was a bit gusty. This boat was getting oooohs and ahhhhs from the gathered crowds as it looked perilously close to tipping onto its side. |
Here's a picture of Travis's brother Paul, Adrienne, and John Thomas.
After returning to their house, we retrieved Joshua and headed to Ukiah where we'd be staying with Travis's parents. The plan was to see the Redwoods on Tuesday.
